Marvin Cho joined Lawrence, Beach, Allen & Choi, PC in July 2017. Mr. Cho’s areas of practice with the firm include public entity defense, civil rights, and employment. Prior to joining LBAC, Mr. Cho served as a law clerk for the Supreme Court of Guam, and then worked as an associate at an employment litigation firm.
Education and Other Experience
In 2010, Mr. Cho received his B.A. in Psychology from UCLA. During his time at UCLA, Mr. Cho participated in the College Honors Program and graduated magna cum laude. In 2014, Mr. Cho earned his J.D. from UC Davis School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Cho was an Articles Editor for the UC Davis Law Review. Additionally, Mr. Cho served as a judicial extern to the Honorable James V. Selna of the United States District Court, Central District of California and as a legal intern for the Correctional Law Section of the California Attorney General’s Office. Upon graduating, Mr. Cho became a member of the Order of the Coif.
