Oscar A. Bustos is an associate in the Glendale office of Lawrence, Beach, Allen & Choi. Mr. Bustos’ areas of practice with the firm include civil rights, employment and public entity defense. Prior to joining LBAC, Mr. Bustos handled federal and state qui tam matters as well as product liability, toxic tort and personal injury matters.
Education and Other Experience
Mr. Bustos received his Bachelor of Arts in English Literature in 2007 from Stanford University. He received his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center in 2011. While in law school, Mr. Bustos served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Candace Beason of the Los Angeles Superior Court, Northeastern District, and as an extern to the Honorable Richard M. Neiter, United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District. In addition, he worked as a student attorney at the Harrison Institute for Housing and Community Development where he represented an affordable housing project in southeast Washington, D.C.
