Gregory
Docimo is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University,
graduating cum laude in 1978. He received his J.D. in
1981 from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, earning
Dean’s List recognition. He is admitted to practice in
California as well as in the United States District
Court, Central and Northern Districts of California, and
the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Since 1985, Mr. Docimo has represented more than twenty
public entities in civil litigation matters at the Trial
and Appellate level in both State and Federal Court.
He has successfully litigated on behalf of public
agencies at the Trial and Appellate level cases ranging
from allegations of dangerous condition of public
property to claims of excessive use of force and
violation of Civil Rights by law enforcement agencies.
In addition, Mr. Docimo has successfully defended the
interests of regional public transportation systems as
well as clients in the commercial trucking and
transportation fields.
Mr. Docimo was the Chairman of the Los Angeles County
Bar Association Government Law section in 1997-1998, and
has provided pro bono services for The Inland Valley
Legal Aid Services.
